Hi, I'm Grace Emery, a recent Interior Design graduate from Louisiana State University with an appreciation for thoughtful storytelling, timeless design, and spaces that leave a lasting impression.

I've always been drawn to places that make you feel something. Whether it's a centuries-old building, a room filled with collected objects and stories, or a thoughtfully designed interior, I'm fascinated by the details and layers that give a space its character and sense of identity.

My design approach is rooted in the belief that the most memorable spaces tell a story. I enjoy exploring how an idea can be translated into a physical environment through materials, details, graphics, and spatial experiences that work together to support a larger vision. I'm particularly interested in the balance between tradition and surprise—pairing classic forms with unexpected moments, playful details, and contemporary perspectives.

One of my favorite parts of the design process is developing and communicating concepts. I enjoy taking abstract ideas and finding ways to express them clearly and meaningfully, whether through words, visual storytelling, or the built environment itself. As a designer, I strive to create spaces that feel thoughtful, immersive, and layered—spaces that not only function beautifully, but leave a lasting impression on the people who experience them.
